I've always resonated strongly with sound and music and incorporate sound healing into my own personal practice. In combination with channeled messages, when guided, I utilize sound to channel sonic tapestries of healing frequencies or specific tones to assist others to help move, upgrade or release blocked energy. 

 

One of my specialties is guiding and helping people and animals, (and their loved ones) through such transformative experiences as death.

 

I offer support with grief, trauma, difficult life transitions and new beginnings.

I utilize Ancestral Clearing and PVT (Polyvagal Theory) to understand and resolve the impact of trauma, resolve chronic stress, pain, limiting beliefs and create ways of functioning that honor the role of the autonomic nervous system.
