About The Event

In this class you will learn the traditional Buddhist technique of making and using a mala. A mala is a string of beads used to count prayers or mantra recitations.
During this mala making playshop, you'll have the opportunity to design and make your own mala from a huge variety of beads. Your mala then will be filled with your unique and special energy. This is also a great opportunity to make a gift from the heart for someone you care about. Once your mala is complete Eluv will guide everyone through a special Mala Blessing, Crystal Sound Journey.
This is event is a playful experience where we will journey through the artistic joys of creating our own sacred mala necklace with gemstone beads and enjoy the sweet nectar of the mala blessing sound journey.
Refreshments and healthy snacks will be served.
Registration is limited to 20 participants.
Advance Registration Required (so we can plan on a full selection of beads for the attending students)
Cost: $46, plus cost of the beads.
