Simple recipe for healing


Now is a great time to start your hot water & honey drink!

When: Daily, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Ingredients:

1/2 fresh lemon, i cup hot water and a teaspoon of raw unheated / unfiltered honey, added after water has cooled a bit. (while still warm enough to melt honey)

Stir and enjoy

You can also add a a touch of cinnamon or cayenne.

Why?

It stimulates the digestive system, cleanses the liver and urinary tract, helps purify the blood, cleanses lymph, also works better than coffee as a morning pick me up.

You’ll feel bright, clear and energized.
